This practice focuses on the development of the middle zone or "core" (physiologically) and on the "satanic" energy, fundamentally. It also works with various techniques to detoxify the organs in the middle zone and to focus and strengthen your mind and your willpower, from "letting go".

It is a transformative practice, which has its roots in Tantra Yoga and which combines asanas and movements, with specific breaths, mantras, mudras and visualizations, in order to align the different energy channels, balance the Nervous and Endocrine System, among others and stimulate the flow of kundalini energy. Restorative Yoga

This is the yoga practice of the 5R'S... Relax, Regenerate, Reintegrate and Restore, in order to Reconnect. It is a practice to harmonize the different structures or layers (physical, emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual), at different levels of depth and little by little learn to BE and BE, letting go, trusting and in a healthy way.
